There is specific terminology we can and cannot use. We display signs of the terminology you’re not allowed to use. When a customer mentions an item that is on our “Never Say” list, kindly correct them with the usable product terminology.
Bowl = Pipe
Bong = Water Pipe / Rig
Dabs = Wax / Concentrate / Oil
Joint = Papers / Rolled Cigarette
Marijuana / Weed = Tobacco / Dry Herbs
Blunt = Wrap
Chillum = Taster / One-hitter / Bat
Kief = Pollen
If a customer refuses to stop using these terms, ask them to leave. If further issues arise, go get a manager for assistance.
Update 01/18/2022 – Usage of these terms are no longer frowned upon. It is still a requirement for you to use correct terminology when speaking to someone, however, you do not need to correct the customer’s terminology.
