3 month warranty from date of purchase.
To do a warranty with Yocan you must follow 3 steps, as follows:
- Copy of purchase proof or receipt (must include the purchase date)
- Photos of the Yocan authenticity code.
- Videos or photos to clearly show the problem of your device
