What day is payday?

All Souzza employees are paid on the same day. Every other Friday.

If you have questions about the pay period, please ask a manager.

Who is my direct manager?

Upon on boarding and training, you should have met most everyone and know their title.

Team Members’ direct manager is the AGM.

What is the “Out of Stock” form?

The out of stock form is used to record any items you sell the last of.

For instance: I just sold the last 1.25″ Raw Organic Papers. I’d take out the empty box and write the item name on our “Out of Stock” form.

A manager will record and reorder from our system using this form.

The “Out of Stock” form can be found in the Employee Area hanging on the bulletin board.
