Customers can view past purchases and receipts, plus edit personal information through the AppCard app.
Customers earn points when they enter their phone number.
25 points – Birthday
5 Points – Sign Up
1 Point – $1 Spent
200 Points – $5 off
500 Points – $15 off
1,000 Points – $35 off
To update a customers phone number, the customer must enter their new phone number and make a purchase under the new phone number. The new and old phone number should be written down and specified which is new and which is old.
Give this information to a manager to update in our backend.
IMPORTANT:
It goes against our company policy for employees to use a personal reward account for customer purchases.
Using your personal account for purchases other than your own will result in 12 points; ultimately being termination.
