Points

A point is given when a checklist item is not completed, scheduling mishaps, being late, etc.

When returning to work from a call off day, if you supply a doctor’s note, no points will be issued.

Points fall off after 365 days.


9 points = verbal warning

10 points = first write up

11 points = second write up

12 points = third write up is immediate termination


Half points may also be issued. The following list are examples of half points and full points.

Being late

Forgetting to clock in

Clocking out late

Clocking in early

Dress code violation

1 point

Calling off

Excessive phone usage

Incomplete checklist

Improper procedures followed

Early or late, opening or closing

11 points

No call/no show


Write Ups

Write ups are given for more serious offensives. Write ups can happen for multiple reasons such as not showing up for work, improper procedures followed, break in company policy, etc.

Third write up is immediate termination.

Validity

Managers can give points when they deem necessary. You may or may not be aware of points being issued. Please be on your toes as to not accrue points.
