Being Late
Call or text whoever is on shift at least 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled time, if youโre going to be late and to prevent disciplinary action. Uninformed lateness will result in a point or write up.
Requesting Off
Days off must be requested and submitted 2 weeks (14 days) in advance. 5 or more consecutive days off, must be requested 30 days in advance. Overtime
