Days off must be requested and submitted 2 weeks (14 days) in advance.
5 or more consecutive days off, must be requested 30 days in advance. All requests must be given to the manager and approved with their signature.

Employees are limited to 20 request off days per year. Requesting off more than 20 days will result in write ups. Requested days are reinstated once 365 days have passed.
