Clocking in and out will be done on the register using your employee code.
Opening shifts start at 10:45 AM.
Closing shifts end at 11:15 PM.
All shifts now give you a 5 minute window (clocking in/out, early or late).
Opening example:
Clocking in at 10:50 AM or 10:40 AM for an opening shift is an excusable shift time. If you clock in at 10:51 AM, this will be counted as a late clock in time and will be given a point. Conversely, clocking in at 10:39 AM will be an early clock in and will be given up to a point.
Closing example:
Clocking in at 4:55 PM or 5:05 PM for a closing shift is an excusable shift time. If you clock in at 5:06 PM, this will be counted as a late clock in time and will be given a point. Conversely, clocking in at 4:54 PM will be an early clock in and will be given up to a point.
New Employees
Employees that are on a closing shift, within the first 30 days of employment, are given up to an extra 10 minutes to clock out.
This means any employee within the first 30 days of employment can clock out up to 11:30 PM if additional time is needed for training.
