You must notify your direct manager within 2 hours before the beginning of the scheduled starting time. Leaving a voice message is not acceptable. Failure will result in a point.
Any day that is deemed “unexpected time off” that is not excused with a doctor’s note, will be given a point.
Employees are limited to 6 sick days a year.
Days 1-6 Excused with a doctor’s note
Days 7+ Will start receiving points and may result in termination.
Sick days without a doctor’s note will result in a point (same as a call off day).
