Within the first 90 days of your employment, you are in an orientation and evaluation period.
This period starts on your first day of work through 90 calendar days of your employment.
During this period you are expected to complete the required training successfully and know company policies and procedures.
Furthermore, your ability to perform the job is evaluated.
