We DO NOT accept returns on any products we carry.
End User Warranty (EUW)
Most electronic companies offer an “end user warranty” or EUW, to our customers (vape, lava lamp, batteries, etc.). This means we DO NOT exchange these products and the customer will have to contact the manufacturer. This information is supplied with the product.
If these products were to be returned through the store, we have no warranty claim and lose the full amount.
ALWAYS GIVE A RECEIPT WHEN SELLING ELECTRONIC DEVICES!
Check it before you sell it for working functionality.
Returns Exception
If the customer has not left the store and wants to make a return or exchange.
IMPORTANT: If you make an exchange, you must still go through the return process at the register.
If you’ve tested a product and it doesn’t work properly, do not sell it.
