Personal Information
Your personal information is never shared with anyone.
Your phone number may be printed on our company contact list stored in the communication log for other employees to view. Souzza employees should NEVER give others scheduling or personal information of another employee to anyone.
Gusto, our payroll software, stores your personal information in an encrypted database. Your personal information cannot be accessed by anyone but you.
Gusto does in some cases give the state information based on your pay rate and employment status.
Pay Rate
Your pay rate is confidential and should not be discussed with anyone.
The pay period goes from Monday week 1 to Sunday week 2 with every other Friday being the pay date.
